Please take note that this Grey Goose Fitness Club is totally separate from parkrun. Parkrun will remain free of charge. If you only used the paved route on a Saturday morning at parkrun then you do not need to complete this form.

Fortunately we live in a country that’s blessed with a dreamy climate and stunning natural beauty, so throwing down a blanket and unpacking a hamper is as easy as pie. At the Grey Goose we encourage you to explore the grounds and choose your own special spot to stretch out and relax with your family and friends. Ready packed picnic hampers are filled with delicious treats – all you have to do is call and book your spot.
Hampers must be booked 24 hours in advance and kiddies hampers are available on request. We encourage you to bring your own blankets, cushions and chairs. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
After a year of negotiation and preparation with “parkrun SA” and “Discovery Vitality”, a parkrun venue was confirmed at the Grey Goose Game Lodge, and we launched on 7 November 2015. The legendary Bruce Fordyce and his team, as well as Discovery Health and their team, was here for the launch.
For those of you who don’t know parkrun, it is a precisely measured, 5km course in park-like surroundings, held every Saturday of the year, at precisely 8am. It is free of charge, and everyone is welcome (from kiddies, to serious runners, to grandads and grandmothers). It can be walked, jogged or raced.
