On the night of 30 September 2023, Grey Goose was lit up, almost literally, with hundreds of flashy sports cars, classic cars and even a tractor and a chopper!
Ferrum High School hosted their 2023 Matric Farewell in our Main Hall venue, and boy, was it magical. With over 200 spectators, the Matriculants walked the runway with pride. The ladies looked oh-so-dashing and the gentlemen equally handsome. Ferrum decorated our Main Hall very elegantly with a “Forest” theme and they incorporated elegant touches of Fairy Lights, Live Plants and Shrubs and even Tree Stumps.
The beauty and tranquility of our Lodge, along with breathtaking sunsets over the Drakensberg Mountains, really set the tone for this event.
Once all of the matriculants had their moment in the spotlight, they made their way into the Hall, where a mouthwatering menu was served. The menu consisted of Canape’s, a Fragrant Beef Curry, Honey & Mustard Chicken, Rice, Roast Veggies, Potato Chips and a Greek Salad … all rounded off with a balanced Panna Cotta.
